At ShopEarl, we aim to make the return process straightforward. To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Access Your Order Details
Visit our website, and navigate to the top right of the page and select "Track Order."
Alternatively, you can login if you have already created an account.
Enter your email address and order number (which starts with an "R" and is followed by 9 digits) to view your order details.
2. Initiate a Return Request
Within your order details, select the option to start a return.
Follow the prompts to complete the return request, providing necessary information about the reason for return.
3. Initiate a Return Request
Vendors are required to provide a return label within 3 business days of your request.
Once the label is ready, you will receive an email with return instructions. You can also access this information through the “My Orders” page.
If you do not receive a return label within 3 business days, contact the ShopEarl team via chat, phone, or email at [email protected] to escalate the issue.
4. Prepare and Ship the Item
Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Attach the provided return label to the package.
Drop off the package at the designated shipping facility or arrange for pickup, as per the return instructions.
5. Await Refund Processing
Once the vendor receives the returned item, they are expected to process your refund within 10 business days.
If the vendor does not process your refund within this timeframe, contact ShopEarl for assistance. Our team will ensure you receive a full refund for your order.
Important Notes:
Return Window: ShopEarl vendors are required to provide at least a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Some vendors may extend this window up to 90 days.
Item Condition: Items must be returned in the same state that they were delivered in. We advise submitting photos of the item prior to returning it.
Return Fees: In cases of “remorse returns” (e.g., returning an item because it is no longer needed), you may be responsible for return fees at the vendor’s discretion. These fees may not exceed the return shipping cost plus a restocking fee up to 20% of the item’s subtotal.
