How Refunds Work
When you return a part to ShopEarl, your refund follows these steps:
1. You send the part back
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions—and a shipping label, if needed—to send the part back to the vendor.
2. Vendor receives and inspects the part
Once the vendor gets the item, they’ll inspect it to confirm the return. This usually takes 3–5 business days from the day they receive it.
3. Refund is issued
After the return is approved, the vendor will issue a refund to your original payment method. This typically happens within 1–3 business days of approval.
