  • Name and email

  • Order number (e.g., R123456789)

  • Description of the issue

  • Any supporting evidence

We encourage you to contact us for any and all issues on ShopEarl. Examples may include, but are not limited to:

  • A vendor has charged you unexpected or excessive return fees

  • A vendor has not provided a return shipping label within 3 business days

  • A vendor has not refunded you within 14 days of the return’s delivery

  • etc.
