How do I cancel my order?

At ShopEarl, we understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Access Your Order Details

  • Visit our website, and navigate to the top right of the page and select "Track Order."

    • Alternatively, you can login if you have already created an account.

  • Enter your email address and order number (which starts with an "R" and is followed by 9 digits) to view your order details.

2. Initiate Cancellation

  • Within your order details, select the "Cancel Item" option.

  • Choose the reason for cancellation and confirm your request.

  • You will know the cancellation request was sent when you get this confirmation.

Important Considerations:

  • Cancellation Window:

    • Items canceled within 30 minutes of ordering are guaranteed a full refund.

    • After 30 minutes, you may request a cancellation before the item has shipped. If approved, you are entitled to a full refund. If not approved, you may return the item upon receiving it, but you may be liable for restocking fees.

  • Order Shipped:

    • If your order has already shipped or cancellation is denied, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you can initiate a return once the item is delivered.
