The ShopEarl standard warranty policy is a 30-day warranty policy. Vendors have the right to extend that warranty timeline, but must offer a 30-day warranty policy at minimum. This means that vendors must replace, repair, or refund a customer for any faulty part issues for at least 30-days of the shipment delivery date.
Customers must send faulty items back to the vendor before warranty repairs, replacements, and refunds are delivered to the customer. That is, a replacement will NOT be sent out before the original item is returned to the vendor.
